Salary:

The Relationship Manager is responsible for sales and marketing activities from lead generation through close in an assigned territory. They will implement an agreed upon marketing plan which will meet business goals of expanding the customer base in a specified area. Working with the sales and support team they will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, revenue generation, and long-term account goals in line with the company vision and values.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that each customer receives outstanding service by providing a friendly environment, which includes regular communications with agents, maintaining solid industry knowledge, and providing all aspects of customer service.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales and prospecting activities including sales calls, presentations, closed sales, and follow-up activities within the assigned territory.
  • Reach the target sales created by management.
  • Participate in sales meetings and assist in setting up sales goals and budgets.
  • Participate and contribute to the development of educational programs offered to agents and their clients.
  • Maintain an awareness of all company promotions and assist with promotional and marketing activities.
  • Create marketing materials as necessary.
  • Attend networking events and gatherings to build awareness of the company and create a network of influencers driving business to the company.
  • Assist with the planning and organization of client events.
  • Handle customer problems and requests or communicate these to management if needed.
  • Join state associations and organizations and participate on committees and industry-related functions.
  • Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and business ethics codes and ensure that they are communicated and implemented within the team.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing field or bachelor’s degree in another field.
  • Five years of sales experience.
  • Two years of experience in the title industry.
  • Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient with design and creation tools such as Canva and Photoshop.
  • Exhibit solid selling skills.
  • Should be persuasive, adaptable, innovative, and be able to problem solve.
  • Possess good formal presentation skills to present product/services to a group of people.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and Outlook.
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software.
